Principles of the Pilates Method are: Alignment, Breathing, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centering and Flow. Joseph Pilates created Mat work and exercises performed on his handmade apparatus: The Universal Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Guillotine Tower, Ped-o-pul, Magic Circle, Foot and Toe Correctors, Breath-a-ciser and more!
