What is a suspension trainer?
A single piece of portable exercise equipment comprised of straps, handles and a foot loop. It can be easily hung from a door & frame and facilitates body weight exercises.
How do I install a suspension trainer?
You can easily install a suspension trainer by placing the mounting strap over the top of the door and closing the door. Please note that the door must close toward you for safety.
How much space do I need for a Pilates Suspension Method lesson?
You should have enough clearance on either side of you to move your arms and legs freely without the possibility of hitting a wall or piece of furniture during suspension training.
