Hi! My name is Terril Teran Mire.
From 2000-2018 I performed around the world as a professional aerial circus artist and stilt walker.
Since 2016 I have focused on teaching Pilates, Yoga and of course Aerial.
I am a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and graduate of Balanced Body University’s Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance registered RYT200, NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist, Advanced Certified Pilates Suspension Method Instructor, breast cancer survivor and American Bone Health Peer Educator.
All of my lessons are rooted in the Pilates principles of breath, concentration, control, precision, centering and flow; inspired by Vinyasa Flow Yoga; with a little bit of Aerial Circus fun!
I hope to facilitate the physical challenge of the body and focus of the mind that allows you to be in the present moment.
