Hi! My name is Terril Mire.
From 2000-2018 I performed around the world as a professional aerial circus artist and stilt walker.
Since 2016 I have focused on teaching Pilates, Yoga and of course Aerial.
I am certified as
a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), Yoga Teacher (RYT200), Corrective Exercise and Senior Fitness Specialist (NASM)
and Pilates Suspension Method advanced instructor (PSM).
All of my lessons are rooted in the Pilates principles of breath, concentration, control, precision, centering and flow.
I hope to facilitate the focus of your mind to your physical body and explore the possibilities of movement in the present moment.
