You may be hanging upside-down.
*Please avoid wearing lotion, oil or perfume...
To protect the apparatus and your fellow students who may be sensitive.
*Please wear fitted clothing that covers your armpits, waist and backs of knees.
Consider wearing
sticky (non slip) socks
&
avoid wearing jewelery.
*Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class...
To make sure your apparatus is the correct height for your body.

What are the benefits of Aerial Yoga?

How high is the apparatus?
The bottom of the hammock is approximately 80cm (or less)
from the floor.
Do I have to hang upside-down?
You do not have to
but you may want to try.
Is Aerial Yoga safe?
Yes! Your safety is my priority! It is important to follow all instructions, especially when attempting aerial style poses.
Why do I have to reserve a spot in class?
There are limited spots available in class.
We need advanced notice of how many students will be attending so we can hang equipment for everyone.
Can anyone join an Aerial Yoga class?
Anyone over 15 years old
can join this class.
Some students may need to refrain from inversions or joining class if they have any of the following contraindications:
