Build strength, flexibility and coordination on this unique suspended apparatus! Elements of Yoga, Pilates and Aerial are intertwined in this fun and rejuvenating class.

*Please wear fitted clothing that covers your armpits, waist and backs of knees.
Consider wearing
sticky (non slip) socks

avoid wearing jewelery.
*Please avoid wearing lotion, oil or perfume...
To protect the apparatus and your fellow students who may be sensitive.
*Please do not eat a heavy meal or drink a smoothie at least an hour before class...
You may be hanging upside-down.
*Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class...
To make sure your apparatus is the correct height for your body.

for your safety, students arriving late
will not be allowed to join class.

What are the benefits of Aerial Yoga?
More core, upper body and leg strength,
greater flexibility, better balance,
spinal decompression
and
increased body awareness,
to name a few.
How high is the apparatus?
The bottom of the hammock is approximately 80cm (or less)
from the floor.
Do I have to hang upside-down?
You do not have to
but you may want to try.
Is Aerial Yoga safe?
Yes! Your safety is my priority! It is important to follow all instructions, especially when attempting aerial style poses or hanging upsidedown.
Why do I have to reserve a spot in class?
There are limited spots available and I need advanced notice of how many students will be attending so I can hang equipment for everyone.
Can anyone join an Aerial Yoga class?
Anyone older than 14 years old
can join this class.
Some students may need to refrain from inversions or taking the class if they have congested sinuses, dizziness, shoulder injuries or spinal conditions.
