With unique twists and turns of the fabric, Terril will teach you efficient movement patterns to enhance your strength and build your stamina. This exciting class combines open and closed fabric movements to create a continuous flow of fun and interesting poses!
YOGA TRAPEZE® utilizing a Yoga Trapeze Apparatus, Rigged from above by an Aerial Yoga Rig. Improve upper body strength, flexibility and hang upside down! Open the heart for deeper backbends, strengthen & lengthen your muscles and reverse the effects of gravity with spinal traction, while floating just above your mat.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA utilizing a sticky Yoga mat. Moving through sequential poses with synchronized breath, I hope to invigorate your body and mind while improving your balance, flexibility and strength!
PILATES SUSPENSION METHOD utilizing a Suspension Trainer APPARATUS, hung from a Closed Door. This energizing class includes movements from multiple Pilates apparatus and performs them on the Suspension Trainer. Have fun while building strength and coordination with an added balance challenge!
PILATES utilizing a thick Pilates mat. optional Props: resistance bands, weights, Small ball, Foam Roller, barrel With emphasis on core strength and alignment, we will endeavor to strengthen the body and mind connection, with coordinated breath and focused movement. PILATES REFORMER utilizing a Pilates Reformer Apparatus. This class focuses on core stability, postural alignment and proper muscle engagement for a full body workout, promoting strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
